  This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in the service industry! I showed up with a broken window needing to be fixed that day, when the service departments everywhere else said they couldn't get the part or do the work. the staff at Bob's called every vendor they knew of until they found the part, they had it repaired before the time they told me to come get it and they were half the price of everyone else. The glass is perfect quality and they even took it upon themselves to vacuum the broken glass throughout my truck. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks guys!!!!
