  This is the worst property management company i have ever dealt with. They make changes without communicating...like changing the color of your own home and removing your light fixtures. The property manager for Society hill...John Stamon...has no respect for anyone. I called him and he said that he was doing homeowners A FAVOR...yes when he does his job as property manager. The HOA is supposed to represent home owners and their interests but instead it feels like they are working against the homeowners and their only job is to police and intimidate residents. They also use derogatory and racist undertones during meetings like referring to residents as pigs.
