  This place sucks I wouldn't want my mom or dad here food mostly cold during breakfast lunch &dinner if they reading there temperature on there food transporting is a slow past on getting it on time low quality food nurse assistance rude low pay don't treat workers right a/c be down state came in was bout shut down they don't really feed the residents good enough always talking away kitchen is dirty plates & cups disgusting bugs / they don't pay no mind to what's going on some residents THEY get out please if see that these place is good just wait till you see behind closed doors

  My father had a massive heart attack almost a year ago. And we've been through so much with his health and insurance dilemma. After battling with the insurance from tossing him like a ping pong ball left and right, I finally found a place that I can trust in knowing that he will be cared for the way he needed. He was always clean, meds were given to him on time and they really cared for him. This job is not easy but they did it with passion and ease! I salute all the nurses and staff at The Crossings! I will recommend this facility 100 times over

  This company only cares for money, they use low quality food they pay there employees very low money with no benefits . management just sends there employees home without pay . The air conditioner hardly works not because its broken, because they don't want to pay for it.
