  DELUXE CELEBRATIONS HAS THE WORST RENTAL SERVICE AND BUSINESS!!! THEY CALLED ME AT 5 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY ENGAGEMENT PARTY TO TELL ME THEY DID NOT HAVE MY SEAT COVERS AND BOWS!!! IN SHORT, THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. THE MANAGER WENT ON TO SAY THAT "MONEY TALKS" AND THAT I CLEARLY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY PARTY BECAUSE I SENT THEM THE CONTRACT THE DAY BEFORE THE PARTY (WHICH IS WHAT I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO BY ONE OF THEIR VERY OWN EMPLOYEES "ANDREA"). PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT ALLOW THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS TO DO THE SAME TO YOU!
  
  AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING..THE MANAGER HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. SPEND THE EXTRA 2 DOLLARS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.
