  Kelly is by far the best waxer I've ever had, I'm from NY, and have been to many wax centers across the Country. She's not just fast,but a perfectionist. I won't go to anyone else. I went to another location because she wasn't available and I regretted it....she makes a difference.

  Please be more accommodating to walk-ins. No one wants to schedule a 10 minute eye brow wax 3 weeks in advance, NO ONE! Even other wax services don’t take longer than 30min max. Please rethink your poor customer care of trying to make us make an appointment for such a short service period. I had a good experience when the lake worth location first opened with walking in, and employees. A few times now the employees seem lackluster and no accommodation for walk ins. :(
